Resolve to Eat Healthy in 2016!

After a month filled with big meals and delicious desserts, many of us resolve to eat healthier in the coming year. Fruits and vegetables are an important part of a healthy diet, taking up half of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) MyPlate food guide! Thanks to today’s agricultural advancements and the hard work of farmers, you and your loved ones will have plenty of fruits and vegetables and other healthy food to choose from in the New Year.
