As an employee of the crop protection industry, I have had the opportunity to be a part of the process and benefits our industry provides to Modern Agriculture. Every year we proudly provide innovations that help feed, cloth, and protect our world.
As a customer service representative, I am a member of a team that speaks directly with the customer. We provide a service that gets the product to the customer who then puts that product to use.
The best part – during this process, we get to know our customers. They tell us about their families, if their day was good or bad, how their businesses are doing, and how we can help fill their needs. If they have a problem we help solve it. Customer Service is a small, but important part of the larger picture. We are proud contributors to Modern Agriculture.
